This job opportunity is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee functions as a separate company with its own management and employment practices. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Experience managing teams in restaurant or retail settings preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate employees
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Previous McDonald’s managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Passion for fast-paced environments
  • Minimum age 18 years

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • Oversee sales promotions and service procedures
  • Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru operations for optimal service
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
