Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience managing teams in restaurant or retail settings preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate employees
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- Oversee sales promotions and service procedures
- Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru operations for optimal service
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
