Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and supervise team performance
  • Oversee Guest Service operations including sales promotions and service staff training
  • Manage Kitchen operations ensuring food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
  • Handle People department tasks such as hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
  • Report results and communicate with other managers
