Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and supervise team performance
- Oversee Guest Service operations including sales promotions and service staff training
- Manage Kitchen operations ensuring food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
- Handle People department tasks such as hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
- Report results and communicate with other managers
