Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- prior managerial experience preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experiences
- manage designated departments such as guest service kitchen or people
- oversee training food safety and inventory management systems
- set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
- ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
- train staff in service and production procedures
- organize front counter mccafé and drive-thru areas for optimal service
