This job opportunity is offered within a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate and distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is licensed to operate under the McDonald's brand, utilizing its logos and food products, but operates autonomously from McDonald's USA in all employment matters. This means that if hired, the franchisee will be your direct employer and responsible for all hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling decisions. McDonald's USA does not influence these matters and will not receive your employment application or participate in hiring decisions.
