This job opportunity is offered within a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate and distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is licensed to operate under the McDonald's brand, utilizing its logos and food products, but operates autonomously from McDonald's USA in all employment matters. This means that if hired, the franchisee will be your direct employer and responsible for all hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling decisions. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • prior managerial experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • reliable and responsible
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferably in restaurant retail or hospitality

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • ability to train and motivate staff

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experiences
  • manage designated departments such as guest service kitchen or people
  • oversee training food safety and inventory management systems
  • set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
  • train staff in service and production procedures
  • organize front counter mccafé and drive-thru areas for optimal service
