Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • Manage operations in assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
  • Ensure excellent guest service and that sales promotions are executed well
  • Organize Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru service areas
  • Oversee food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
  • Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
