Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Manage operations in assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Ensure excellent guest service and that sales promotions are executed well
- Organize Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru service areas
- Oversee food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
