While McDonald’s USA owns the brand and trademarks, the restaurant you will work at is owned and managed by a separate franchisee entity. This franchisee holds the licensing rights to use McDonald's logos, food products, and operational systems but independently handles all employment and managerial decisions at their location. As such, if you are hired for this role, your employer will be this independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA.
