SLI Enterprises is a well-established independent franchisee operating numerous McDonald's restaurants across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. This franchisee independently owns, manages, and operates each location under a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, offering customers the consistent quality and friendly service expected from McDonald’s while maintaining their own business practices and employment policies. SLI Enterprises has locations in Irving, Dallas, Mesquite, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Commerce, Italy, Waxahachie, Fairfield, Mexia, Corsicana, Ennis, and Terrell, servicing a wide area with multiple opportunities for employment and career growth. Each restaurant is managed independently from McDonald's USA, providing a unique and entrepreneurial atmosphere where managers can thrive and develop their leadership skills.
The role available is for Manager positions within these McDonald's restaurants under SLI Enterprises' franchise network. Managers are essential to ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and operational efficiency. As a Manager, you will lead shifts to ensure that customers experience fast, accurate, and friendly service every time they visit. This role is dynamic and impactful, involving direct oversight of team members, coaching, and supporting crew members to excel in their roles, while also engaging with business operations such as training, food safety, inventory control, and scheduling. Depending on your area of focus, your responsibilities may expand to managing entire departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management, giving you the chance to specialize and make a meaningful difference in various facets of the restaurant business.
