This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee, distinct and separate in operation and management from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds a licensed agreement to use the renowned McDonald’s trademarks, including logos and menu products, to provide customers with the familiar McDonald’s experience. As an independent entity, the franchisee handles all aspects of employment independently, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA serves primarily as the brand owner and does not participate in the employment decision-making or management of the restaurant's staff.
