Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems such as training food safety inventory management
- set goals delegate tasks and follow up on results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service and organize front counter McCafe Drive-Thru areas
- ensure restaurant delivers quality food safely and controls food costs
- train staff on production procedures including new menu items
- hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
