Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year dental office experience including front desk, admin, or management roles
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient communication
- Experience reviewing reports, meeting goals, and supporting a team
- Knowledge of Dentrix and Dental Intelligence is a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM
- Passion for pediatric care

- Enhance patient experience ensuring families feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in services
- Manage treatment coordination and patient communication
- Monitor office goals and support team achievement
