This role requires a person who is highly proficient with Dentrix software, communicates clearly and confidently especially over the phone, and is able to multitask effectively without losing attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of dental insurance policies and be able to guide patients through financial conversations with clarity and transparency.

The Front Desk Coordinator will manage patient scheduling, phone communication, check-ins, and insurance queries while remaining calm and professional. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dental front desk or administrative role
- Familiarity with dental insurance processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
