Taran K. Greep DDS is a well-established private dental practice located in Phoenix, AZ, specifically at the intersection of 95th Ave. and Camelback Rd. This private dental office has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality dental care focused on compassion, integrity, and patient-centered service. The office is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the doors. The practice prides itself on a friendly and professional team that works diligently to provide personalized dental care tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist who will also serve as our Treatment Coordinator and Insurance Specialist. This multifaceted role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of the practice’s front office and ensuring patients receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will be the first friendly face patients encounter, providing a warm and professional greeting in person and over the phone. Responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently to optimize the daily workflow and minimize wait times. The role also involves presenting treatment plans clearly and compassionately, helping patients understand their dental needs and available options. An essential part of the job will be managing dental insurance verification and benefits, submitting claims, and following up on outstanding insurance issues to ensure accurate and timely reimbursements. Managing patient financial arrangements, including collecting co-pays, is also a key responsibility. The candidate will use Softdent dental office software to maintain accurate patient records, contributing to the office's seamless functionality. Additional administrative duties will be part of the role, supporting the entire dental team to create an exceptional patient care experience. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $23 to $30, based on experience, along with valuable benefits like 401K with matching, paid time off, and opportunities to grow within a stable, patient-centered practice.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a dental front office role
  • Proficiency with dental office software, preferably Softdent
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Commitment to providing compassionate patient service
