Job Description
Our pediatric dental office is a vibrant and welcoming establishment dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children and a supportive experience for their families. Known for our child-friendly approach and commitment to creating a positive atmosphere, our office prides itself on melding professional dental expertise with a warm, inviting environment. We believe that a visit to the dentist should not only be beneficial to children’s dental health but also a positive and stress-free experience for both children and their families. Our team is made up of passionate, friendly professionals who work together to maintain a high standard of care and customer service.
We are currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) front desk receptionist to become an integral part of our pediatric dental office. This position is perfect for someone with a warm, outgoing personality who is enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. The receptionist plays a crucial role in establishing the first point of contact for our patients and their families, ensuring each visit begins with a welcoming, organized, and professional experience. The role includes greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient communication, verifying insurance details, and maintaining confidentiality of patient records. Prior dental front desk experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
Beyond handling administrative duties, this role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within the dental field, including cross-training in various office functions. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and organization, coupled with an honest and team-oriented attitude. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to facilitate effective communication with our diverse patient base. Joining our team means becoming part of a supportive work culture that values positivity, growth, and learning while ensuring employees feel valued and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
As a bilingual front desk receptionist, you will be the friendly face of our pediatric dental office, directly influencing the patient experience by creating an environment where children and their families feel comfortable and cared for. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy working with children, and want to be part of a dynamic team in the healthcare industry, this is an excellent opportunity. We offer a positive work environment, a chance to develop your skills and advance your career, and benefits including a retirement plan, employee dental discounts, and a uniform allowance. If you are motivated and enthusiastic about the role, we encourage you to apply and join our team dedicated to making dental visits a positive and happy experience for our young patients and their families.
