Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a dental clinical setting
- understanding of dental terminology and ADA billing codes
- knowledge of PPO and HMO insurance coordination
- proficiency in Practice Web software
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- reliable and detail-oriented

Job Duties
- Coordinate dental patient treatment plans effectively
- manage PPO and HMO coordination of benefits within limitations and exclusions
- utilize Practice Web and other third-party financing platforms for patient communications
- build strong schedules across all lines of dentistry
- establish and maintain patient trust through effective communication
- lead and collaborate with the dental team by example
- ensure accurate application of dental terminology, ADA codes, and billing requirements
