The team at Dr. Rollings Dental Practice shares core values of hard work, compassion, and a commitment to outstanding patient care, making it an ideal place for dental professionals who are passionate about their work and eager to grow within their roles.
This opportunity is for a Dental Office Receptionist and Patient Care Coordinator who is enthusiastic about creating a welcoming environment and providing top-notch customer service to patients. The role involves more than just answering phones; it is about being the heart of the dental practice by fostering strong relationships with both patients and coworkers. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a positive team setting and is motivated by the challenge of managing patient appointments, treatment planning, and financial arrangements. This position is full-time and offers a competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience, alongside benefits including paid time off and performance bonuses.
The Dental Office Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for multiple critical facets of the practice’s operations. This includes scheduling patients efficiently to ensure they receive comprehensive and timely care, presenting treatment plans confidently, and helping patients understand their financial responsibilities. They will also oversee collections and accounts receivables, ensuring that the billing process and insurance claim submissions are handled accurately and promptly to maintain the financial health of the practice.
Candidates who bring bilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish, will find added advantage, as effective communication with a diverse patient population is key. At least two years of experience working as a receptionist in a dental office setting is preferred, though passion and customer-focused attitude weigh heavily in consideration.
This role offers a unique chance to grow into leadership or management positions as the practice expands, making it a valuable career opportunity for dental professionals who aspire to take on more responsibility and influence in their workplace. Applicants who are detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences will thrive in this dynamic, rewarding role.
