Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in dental or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency
- Availability to work some Saturdays and evenings

Job Duties
- Greeting and helping patients
- Monitor and maintain the reception room
- Pulling of charts and answering phones
- Keep all patients comfortable until called in to the back office for their appointment
- Monitor the seating time until patient is called to the back and keep patient updated
- Collecting payments due for that day's scheduled appointment
- Make outbound calls to patients and rescheduling broken appointments
