Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in dental office or related healthcare setting
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • basic computer and software proficiency
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong ethical standards and professionalism
  • willingness to learn and adapt to evolving office procedures

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in dental or medical front office roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with dental office management software
  • solid organizational and multitasking abilities
  • knowledge of insurance billing and patient financial processes
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • greet and check in patients upon arrival
  • schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
  • assist the clinical team with chairside support and sterilization duties
  • collect deposits and process payments accurately
  • maintain patient records and dental software databases
  • communicate effectively with patients, staff, and the doctor
  • ensure compliance with office policies and regulatory standards
