Currently, Sage Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join their team located in Land O' Lakes. This position plays a vital role in the seamless operation of the dental office, supporting both patients and staff. The Patient Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the patient experience by providing exceptional customer service, managing appointment schedules, handling patient check-ins and check-outs, and verifying insurance details. This role uniquely combines administrative support with interpersonal communication, ensuring that patients feel welcomed, informed, and well cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced dental office
- familiarity with HMO and PPO insurance plans
- experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
- exceptional communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
