Job Requirements
- high school degree or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in dental or medical office
- customer service experience
- basic computer skills
- ability to take initiative
- organizational skills
- professional communication skills
- ability to work Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- flexibility to rotate between Wilmington and Atkinson offices
- pass background check
- pass drug test
Job Qualifications
- at least 1 year of experience working in a dental or medical office
- customer service experience
- basic computer proficiency
- experience using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and various social media platforms
- ability to take initiative and proactively tackle responsibilities
- organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- team spirit
- professional appearance and polite phone communication skills
- bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred
- high school degree or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- greet patients in person and over the phone
- check patients in for appointments
- answer patient questions
- schedule follow-up treatments
- accurately enter new patient information into the system
- assist with filing and front desk administrative tasks
- rotate between Wilmington and Atkinson office locations as needed
