The role of Dental Patient Concierge at Windy City Implants and Dental is a rewarding and people-centric position that plays a vital role in enhancing the patient experience. The Dental Patient Concierge is responsible for ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and supported from check-in to check-out. This role involves managing the daily schedule thoughtfully to maximize the doctor’s time and maintain a smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the day. Responsibilities include greeting patients by name, coordinating with the clinical team, managing appointment bookings, presenting treatment plans and payment options with confidence, and verifying dental insurance to avoid patient surprises.
This position is full-time, typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, offering steady hours and competitive pay ranging from $26 to $32 per hour. Preference will be given to candidates with more than 2 years of related front office experience and advanced proficiency with EagleSoft.

- 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience

- Follow up on treatment plans to support patient care continuity
- Convert phone and online inquiries into booked appointments
- Present treatment plans and payment options confidently and verify dental insurance
