Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience
- Familiarity with Patterson EagleSoft software
- Ability to discuss treatment plans and payment options professionally
- Understanding of dental insurance verification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience
- Advanced proficiency in EagleSoft preferred
- More than 2 years of related front office experience preferred
Job Duties
- Review the day’s schedule and strategically fill openings to maximize doctor’s productivity
- Greet patients by name upon arrival and check them in warmly
- Coordinate with clinical team to keep rooms turning smoothly
- Guide patients through check-out with clarity and schedule next steps
- Follow up on treatment plans to support patient care continuity
- Convert phone and online inquiries into booked appointments
- Present treatment plans and payment options confidently and verify dental insurance
