Job Description

Carson City Pediatric Dentistry is a distinguished affiliate of Bluetree Dental, a dynamic and forward-thinking dental organization dedicated to transforming lives and the field of dentistry itself. Bluetree Dental operates across multiple states, specializing in pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and general dentistry, which enables its affiliates to provide comprehensive dental care that emphasizes patient comfort, innovation, and long-term oral health. Committed to their mission of giving people something to smile about today and tomorrow, Bluetree Dental’s influence permeates through all its practices, including Carson City Pediatric Dentistry. The core values that guide their efforts—caring, creativity, credibility, and commitment—highlight a patient-centered approach that values individual needs, fosters new ideas, builds trust, and remains dedicated to excellence.

Carson City Pediatric Dentistry strives to be more than just a dental office; it is a place where smiles are brightened and spirits are uplifted through a compassionate, fun-loving team environment. They value their community and place immense importance on the personal and professional growth of their team members. Currently, they are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Superstar to join their friendly, patient-focused team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about creating positive experiences for families and has a genuine passion for helping children feel comfortable and cared for.

As a Full-Time Front Desk Team Member, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the practice, responsible for managing multi-line phone systems, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position offers an engaging workplace culture that prioritizes work-life balance, including a schedule that allows employees to truly enjoy life. The starting pay rate is $18.25 per hour, dependent on experience, with full-time benefits available that include accrued paid time off, paid holidays, multiple medical plans, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and disability plans.

Carson City Pediatric Dentistry also believes in recognizing and rewarding its team. Employees benefit from a supportive team member assistance program, recognition programs celebrating individual contributions, and access to discounts on dental services and cell phones. The practice places a strong emphasis on career advancement opportunities, encouraging motivated individuals to grow within their roles and the broader organization.

This position is safety-sensitive, requiring all candidates to pass a drug screening and comply with CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients. Carson City Pediatric Dentistry is an equal opportunity employer that fosters diversity and inclusion, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds without discrimination.

If you are a people-oriented professional with 1-3 years of customer service experience—especially in dental or medical settings—and a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, this is an excellent opportunity to join a team where your contributions make a real difference. Being part of Carson City Pediatric Dentistry means not only working in a fun, supportive atmosphere but also making a lasting impact on children’s lives through compassionate dental care and exceptional service.
