Job Requirements
- Successful completion of drug screening
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compliance with CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome patients and their families upon arrival
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure privacy compliance
- Handle billing, insurance verification, and collect payments
- Coordinate patient flow with dental providers
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience
