The role Dakalb Dental Group is hiring for is a Dental Hygienist position that offers a vibrant and supportive team atmosphere within a technologically advanced setting. The position is full-time, with a schedule from Monday through Thursday, featuring flexible appointment durations tailored to patient needs, including 60-minute recare and 90-minute new patient appointments. Employees at Dekalb Dental Group enjoy competitive bi-weekly hourly pay, with the added option for Daily Pay that allows hygienists to receive paychecks as they earn. Additional earnings include daily and quarterly bonuses, enhancing the overall compensation package. Job Requirements
- current dental hygienist license in Illinois
- associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene where required
- excellent working knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient screening
- CPR certification
- ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- capability to sit and stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
- availability for virtual or in-person training sessions
- successful completion of tuberculosis test prior to employment
