Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- dental office experience is a plus
- ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- familiarity with dental terminology and office software is preferred
- friendly patient-centered attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service
Job Duties
- manage front desk operations including phones scheduling and patient check-in check-out
- verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
- submit track and follow up on insurance claims
- collect payments and review treatment estimates
- support patient flow and reappointment scheduling
- maintain accurate patient and financial records
- other duties as assigned
