The Dental Patient Service Specialist role presents an exciting opportunity for healthcare professionals passionate about dental care and patient service. This position involves welcoming and guiding patients through their dental visits, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish. Dental Patient Service Specialists are responsible for managing appointment scheduling, confirming and prepping appointments efficiently while maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in OpenEMR. Handling payments, insurance information, and providing Good Faith Estimates will also form key components of this role. The specialist will support dental providers and ensure the front office operates smoothly, delivering exceptional five-star service in person and over the phone. Ideal candidates will bring a strong patient-first attitude, effective communication skills, multitasking ability, and technical confidence with dental EMR systems. Job Requirements

- at least 1 year of dental experience
- bilingual in Spanish is a plus
