This affiliation allows Little Smiles to benefit from Bluetree's commitment to innovation, quality, and personalized patient care. Bluetree's mission is to give people something to smile about today and tomorrow, and their vision aims at changing lives and the field of dentistry itself. Core values such as caring, creativity, credibility, and commitment guide every aspect of their work, emphasizing the importance of patient needs, innovative dental care, trustworthiness, and steadfast dedication to high standards.
Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry has established itself as a friendly, welcoming practice serving the communities of Post Falls and Hayden. The practice is expanding, with three vibrant office locations offering a warm, engaging environment focused on pediatric dental health. They offer a wide range of benefits to their employees and maintain a commitment to equal opportunity and inclusivity, promoting a diverse workplace where all staff members are valued regardless of race, gender, age, or background.
The role they are hiring for is a Full-Time Front Desk Superstar who will be a key part of their team. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a passion for customer service, especially working with children and families. The Front Desk Superstar will be the first point of contact for patients and parents, responsible for greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism, managing smooth check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring the day-to-day operations at the front desk run efficiently. Working hours start early at 6:50 AM and continue until 5:30 PM, requiring flexibility and energy.
An important aspect of the job is the ability to travel between the Post Falls and Hayden locations, which means being adaptable and ready to support multiple offices. The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary ranging from $18 to $23 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits including paid time off, multiple health insurance options, 401k with company match, and life and disability insurance. Additional perks include employee recognition programs, discounts on cell phone plans and dental services, and growth opportunities within the Bluetree Dental family.
This position emphasizes safety and compliance, requiring a pre-employment drug screen and adherence to CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for staff and patients alike. Working at Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry means joining a team that values compassion, connection, and community care. Employees are not just providers of health services but trusted partners in building lifelong healthy habits for children, all while fostering a positive and fun work environment.
