We are a single-location dental practice conveniently situated on the Southwest corner of Dysart Road and Osborn Road. Serving primarily the communities of Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park, and El Mirage, our practice also attracts patients from across the Phoenix metro area and even out of state, showcasing our broad reach and exceptional reputation. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of dental experience preferred
- Basic understanding of dental terminology
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively on phone and in person
- Availability to work part-time with flexible hours
- Willingness to learn and grow within the practice
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years or more of dental experience, preferably front office
- General knowledge of dental terminology and treatment
- Customer service experience
- Computer skills
- Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Perform basic office duties
- Greet patients, check patients in and out, collect payments for treatment
- Answer phones and call patients
- Schedule new patients and assist with recare calls
- Verify dental insurance
- Explain dental treatment plans when needed
