Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- At least 3 years in customer service, insurance navigation, or claims processing
- 2+ years of experience with dental benefits, claims, or provider relations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and billing practices preferred
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex benefits in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Experience delivering high-touch, personalized customer service
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide personalized support to members, helping them navigate dental benefits, claims, cost-sharing, and provider access
- Educate members on benefits, estimate costs, and coordinate reimbursements
- Proactively contact dental offices to clarify billing practices and minimize member out-of-pocket costs
- Serve as a resource for dental providers, offering support with eligibility verification, claims, coding, billing, and portal use
- Build and maintain strong provider relationships that support growth and retention
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth, integrated member and provider experiences
- Document interactions and contribute feedback to improve services and processes
