Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant
  • provide an overview of seating options, menus, and specials
  • maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards guests at all times
  • manage the reservation system, ensuring accuracy in guest bookings
  • monitor seating availability and assist in effectively seating guests to minimize wait times
  • handle walk-in guests and accommodate requests when feasible
  • coordinate with serving staff to strategically seat guests based on their needs and server workload
