- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant
- provide an overview of seating options, menus, and specials
- maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards guests at all times
- manage the reservation system, ensuring accuracy in guest bookings
- monitor seating availability and assist in effectively seating guests to minimize wait times
- handle walk-in guests and accommodate requests when feasible
- coordinate with serving staff to strategically seat guests based on their needs and server workload
