We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cook to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. This hourly position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a high-energy workplace and enjoy working as part of a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in providing a "WOW" guest experience by consistently preparing high-quality food and maintaining excellent service standards in a clean and safe restaurant environment. You will be responsible for operating one or more kitchen workstations with adherence to company food safety, guest service policies, and cleanliness standards.

Your daily activities will include monitoring the grill video system to track items that need to be prepared, warming, toasting, and grilling bread products, cooking items on the grill, managing timers to ensure perfect preparation, and discarding expired or subpar ingredients following quality control procedures. Additionally, you will be tasked with the setup and maintenance of kitchen equipment, keeping your workstation fully stocked and orderly, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols by wearing appropriate equipment. This role requires a commitment to teamwork, efficiency, and maintaining a pristine work area to meet both company and health standards.
