The role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and who possesses a positive, team-first attitude that aligns well with Notre Dame's mission and values.

Key responsibilities include evaluating employee knife skills, facilitating staff training and scheduling, managing cooking timelines and production schedules, and overseeing the sanitation of kitchen equipment. The role also involves assisting with purchasing and maintaining inventory levels to ensure smooth operations within the pastry kitchen. The position offers an hourly pay range of $19.75 to $23.00, reflecting the importance of the role and the expertise required.

In this role, your work will not only contribute to a high-quality culinary experience, but also support a community mission that shapes future generations through dedicated service and care.
