Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years culinary experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
- Strong mathematical skills including computation and graph interpretation
- Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
- Ability to qualify for required licenses and permits
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and operating in varying environmental conditions
- Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise and fluctuating temperatures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department
- Support and administer operational goals
- Monitor achievement of performance and profit objectives
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate scheduling concerns with management
- Administer food preparation ensuring cleanliness and stock management
- Support compliance to departmental budgets
- Promote and demonstrate superior customer service
- Ensure customer service standards are followed by team members
- Address issues as they arise
- Maintain cost control methods by monitoring inventory and pars
- Assist Sous Chef with administrative tasks
- Maintain quality assurance procedures according to health and service standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain strict confidentiality in departmental matters
- Manage work procedures and expedite workflow
- Provide coaching and counseling to team members
