We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry to join the talented Pastry team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. In this role, you will be integral to crafting exquisite desserts, pastries, and baked goods served across our restaurants, afternoon tea services, in-room dining, and special banquets. You will work alongside the Pastry Chef team to maintain exceptional standards, ensuring every dish exhibits creativity, precision, and consistency.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you must have previous experience in pastry kitchens, preferably within luxury hotels or high-end restaurants. You will bring strong foundational pastry skills, a passion for elevating your craft, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, adaptability, and strong team spirit will be essential, along with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to an award-winning culinary team.
