Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Commitment to follow company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to learn and operate various event software systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in coordinating the operation of Special Events and Leisure Experience activities
  • Check the status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, system operation and correct aesthetic deficiencies
  • Support training and monitor Special Events employees
  • Learn and operate event software systems such as ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage
  • Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including safety and appearance standards
  • Welcome and assist guests, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships
