Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Commitment to follow company policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
Job Qualifications

- Ability to learn and operate various event software systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating the operation of Special Events and Leisure Experience activities
- Check the status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, system operation and correct aesthetic deficiencies
- Support training and monitor Special Events employees
- Learn and operate event software systems such as ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage
- Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies
- Follow all company policies and procedures including safety and appearance standards
- Welcome and assist guests, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships
