Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical card
- Pass mandatory DOT drug test
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems like Epicor
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 100 pounds
- Obtain and maintain power equipment certifications
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional telephone and email communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain Department of Transportation medical card
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems like Epicor
- Power equipment certifications (forklift, pallet jack, side loader, etc.)
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional communication skills via phone and email
- Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and career progression
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 100 pounds
Job Duties
- Provide amazing customer service while helping customers with delivery and will call orders
- Pull orders for customer pick up and assist customers with loading product as required
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently using necessary tools and equipment
- Assist in cycle count and inventory management responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Drive company vehicle (26-foot box truck) for deliveries
- Complete daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections
- Collect payment from customers when required
- Keep vehicle clean and practice good housekeeping
- Complete assigned training as required
