The agency's unique role in the event marketing space ensures its involvement in some of the most exciting and dynamic activation projects, providing opportunities for creative and operational excellence.
The role of the Asset Delivery & Event Setup Specialist at Raising The Bar is a part-time, event-based position offering flexible hours, which can include nights and weekends. Reporting directly to the Operations and Logistics Manager, this specialist plays a crucial role in the operational success of event activations by supporting the transportation, setup, maintenance, and breakdown of brand event assets. This hands-on and physically engaging position demands a dependable and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in ensuring the safe and professional handling of all event assets. This includes the use of company vehicles such as box trucks and Sprinter vans for transporting equipment, as well as assisting with physical labor involving lifting, climbing, and organizing equipment at various event sites.
The primary responsibilities include the safe transport of event assets ensuring proper load distribution and securement, consistent physical labor to assist with setup and teardown activities, and maintaining a high level of safety awareness throughout all stages of the event. The specialist is also expected to operate power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders when necessary while following all related safety protocols. A key part of the job is the maintenance of asset quality and presentation, which involves detailed inspections, reporting damages or missing items promptly, and taking pride in the organized and professional appearance of all assets used during the events.
Teamwork and clear communication are critical components of the role, requiring the specialist to take and follow both verbal and written directions accurately and to engage respectfully and collaboratively with supervisors and peers. The position is ideal for those who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced event environment where operational excellence directly impacts client satisfaction and event success.
