Fun Town RV is currently seeking a dedicated Delivery Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in creating memorable experiences for customers as they take possession of their new recreational vehicles. As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering RVs directly to customers, conducting thorough pre-delivery inspections, providing comprehensive orientations on the features and operation of the RV, and addressing all customer inquiries to ensure they feel confident and informed. It involves a hands-on approach—including walking customers through the Camptown retail store to highlight accessories essential for their RV experience.

The position demands coordination with customers to confirm delivery schedules and accommodate any specific needs or requests, guaranteeing timely and efficient deliveries. Beyond delivery, the role involves completing accurate documentation such as inspection checklists and customer sign-offs, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The Delivery Specialist also serves as the ongoing point of contact for customers after delivery, offering support for any operational questions or concerns while fostering lasting relationships that lead to positive reviews and repeat business.

Ideal candidates will be knowledgeable about RV systems and safe towing procedures, skilled in customer communications, and comfortable operating RVs of varying sizes.
