Operating primarily as a beer and beverage distributor, Glazer's has established itself as the Distributor of Choice by fostering a welcoming and diverse workplace that supports both employees and retail partners. With a broad portfolio, Glazer's Beer & Beverage services licensed accounts while maintaining high standards in delivery, customer service, and employee satisfaction.
The company offers a competitive employment package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k matching program, a Roth post-tax retirement plan, life insurance, employer-paid disability, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and paid maternity and parental leave. These benefits underscore Glazer's commitment to supporting the health, financial security, and work-life balance of its employees.
Currently, Glazer's Beer & Beverage is seeking a dedicated Delivery Helper to join their dynamic team. This role is instrumental in ensuring that products are delivered accurately and efficiently to licensed retail accounts and between company locations. The Delivery Helper is responsible for timely deliveries and accurate check-ins, securing that all products are stored properly upon arrival. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-friendly attitude, all vital for maintaining Glazer's reputation as a customer-focused distributor. The role demands physical stamina to handle the lifting and moving of heavy products, sometimes up to one hundred pounds, reflecting the hands-on nature of this position.
An ideal candidate will possess at least a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid driver's license, and have some related experience or training. Preferred qualifications include basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with specific numerical values related to U.S. currency and measurement units. The ability to solve practical problems involving concrete variables is also valued.
Working as a Delivery Helper at Glazer's means being part of a supportive and collaborative team environment where safety and accuracy in delivery are paramount. Employees are expected to work onsite regularly at designated locations, including non-company sites to foster teamwork and operational efficiency. Glazer's strongly supports equal employment opportunities and cultivates diversity to ensure all employees thrive.
This role presents a wonderful opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy physical work, engaging with customers, and contributing to a thriving company culture that embraces continuous innovation and celebration of individuality. If you are passionate about working in a rewarding environment where your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction and company success, Glazer's Beer & Beverage invites you to apply for the Delivery Helper position.
