Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • eligible to work in the country applying
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • ability and willingness to drive safely adhering to company safety standards
  • capable of safely operating warehouse equipment
  • ability and willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge about all branch operations
  • has example of great customer service and going above and beyond
  • operate safely and maintain a clean and neat work environment
  • consistent and reliable attendance
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 100 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school or secondary school diploma or GED equivalent
  • valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
  • meet all applicable state or province-specific driver’s license requirements prior to driving company vehicle
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions and procedure manuals
  • ability to safely operate equipment such as forklift and pallet jack
  • proficient in basic math skills
  • ability to use computer and handheld radio frequency device
  • demonstrated strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Job Duties

  • Use vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely and courteously
  • create and maintain records as needed
  • dispatch, confirm customer orders and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents
  • sort, organize and prepare merchandise for storage or shipment by part and quantity
  • ensure customer orders are located, picked up and signed for
  • collect funds from customers if needed and maintain all necessary documents
  • perform other assigned duties
