Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- eligible to work in the country applying
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability and willingness to drive safely adhering to company safety standards
- capable of safely operating warehouse equipment
- ability and willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge about all branch operations
- has example of great customer service and going above and beyond
- operate safely and maintain a clean and neat work environment
- consistent and reliable attendance
- ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 100 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school or secondary school diploma or GED equivalent
- valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- meet all applicable state or province-specific driver’s license requirements prior to driving company vehicle
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions and procedure manuals
- ability to safely operate equipment such as forklift and pallet jack
- proficient in basic math skills
- ability to use computer and handheld radio frequency device
- demonstrated strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Job Duties
- Use vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely and courteously
- create and maintain records as needed
- dispatch, confirm customer orders and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents
- sort, organize and prepare merchandise for storage or shipment by part and quantity
- ensure customer orders are located, picked up and signed for
- collect funds from customers if needed and maintain all necessary documents
- perform other assigned duties
