The company is currently looking to expand its team by hiring dedicated and driven delivery drivers for the Finger Lakes and surrounding areas. This is a seasonal position running through November 21st, with hours ranging from 20 to 40 or more per week. The position is ideal for individuals based in the Farmington area who value home nights and weekends. Drivers will be compensated at a competitive pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

In this role, delivery drivers are entrusted with the responsibility of transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes, ensuring that each delivery is completed on time and in excellent condition. The role demands a self-starter with reliable transportation who can operate a variety of vehicles, ranging from vans to 20-foot straight trucks. While a CDL B license is preferred, it is not mandatory. Drivers must be capable of lifting 50 pounds and moving packages weighing up to 500 pounds, utilizing supplied equipment such as pallet jacks, hydraulic fold-away liftgates, drum/barrel carts, and e-track load straps and load bars.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, successful candidates will contribute to Donovan Marine's exceptional standard of delivery service by maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to safety protocols while interacting positively with customers. Additionally, the role includes tasks related to warehouse support such as inventory management and organization, further enhancing the operational efficiency of the company’s logistics. This position is well suited for individuals seeking a physically active job that blends driving expertise with hands-on handling of marine supply products.
