Job Requirements

  • Must have positive attitude at all times
  • clean driving record
  • ability to lift 75 pounds on daily basis
  • willing to work 24/7 operations with predetermined rotating on-call schedule
  • accepts other duties and activities as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior experience required, training provided
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to operate delivery vehicle
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to lift 75 pounds regularly
  • basic mechanical aptitude for minor repairs
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow company and regulatory standards
  • positive attitude
  • ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and on-call shifts

Job Duties

  • Determines or obtains best daily route
  • assemble, deliver all needed equipment and educate patient and family on how to properly use equipment
  • enforces all DOT and FDA regulations as they pertain to oxygen and DME
  • ensures stock levels are appropriate and cleanliness in warehouse and delivery vehicle
  • ensures that all medical equipment technicians adhere to company and accreditation standards
  • provides patient/client orientation and instructions on proper use of equipment
  • works with patients/clients to solve problems, acting as company field representative
  • completes delivery and pickup process through app promptly and accurately
  • assists in cleaning, disinfecting and minor repair of equipment
  • performs daily preventive maintenance on assigned vehicle
  • maintains neat, clean personal appearance
  • promotes teamwork among co-workers
  • may be required to work weekends on rotating schedule
  • takes on-call time on predetermined rotating basis
  • performs warehouse and office maintenance tasks
  • demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience
  • markets the company in a positive and professional manner
