We are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Delivery Drivers to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and safe delivery of orders. Our delivery drivers enjoy competitive compensation packages, averaging $15.00 to $25.00 hourly, which combine hourly pay, delivery reimbursements, and tips earned. Starting pay includes $7.25 per hour with an additional $3.00 per delivery as reimbursement, plus any cash or credit card tips.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing all necessary items for the daily business, including food items and the folding and stocking of boxes and non-food essentials. You will also handle customer phone calls, input orders into the PULSE system efficiently, and maintain in-store cleanliness and organization. We have created a safe and COVID-19 compliant environment, implementing contactless delivery and carryout orders, supplying masks and PPE free of charge to all team members, and conducting daily temperature checks.

Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of driving experience with a valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance with your name on the policy
- Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents in the past 2 years
- Ability to work part-time or full-time hours
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to use mobile devices for delivery app and order management
- Ability to follow safety protocols and CDC guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Delivery drivers are required to have 2 years of driving experience (valid license for 2 years
- no delivery experience required) with valid insurance with your name on the policy
- No at-fault accidents in the last two years with some minor traffic violations acceptable
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Familiarity with mobile apps or technology utilized for delivery management
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Preparation of necessary items for daily business: food items, folding of boxes, and stocking of necessary non-food items

- Tagging and labeling of boxes from received orders
- Routine store cleanliness
