We are currently seeking dedicated and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our dynamic team. Delivery Drivers at Dominos play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of high-quality food products to customers, while maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, making it ideal for individuals seeking flexible schedules alongside competitive pay. Drivers at Dominos earn an average hourly wage between $15.00 and $25.00 when combining hourly pay, delivery reimbursement, and tips. The starting pay consists of $7.25 per hour, $3.00 per delivery reimbursement, along with any cash or credit card tips earned.

The role involves various responsibilities such as preparing necessary food and non-food items for daily business, handling customer phone calls professionally, entering orders into the PULSE system accurately, tagging and labeling received orders properly, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Dominos provides a specialized Delivery Experience app that guides drivers with directions, manages communications without revealing personal information, and streamlines their delivery tasks. There is an extensive training system accessible via mobile devices, ensuring drivers receive ongoing support and skill enhancement.

As part of our commitment to employee growth, annual raises are offered to our delivery drivers. The position is ideal for individuals with at least two years of driving experience and a valid driver’s license and insurance under their name. We value safe driving practices with no at-fault accidents in the past two years and tolerate minor traffic violations.
