Job Requirements
- Own reliable transportation that is clean and free of debris
- Valid driver's license
- Valid insurance for vehicle
- Ability to read, understand and follow maps
- Must be able to hustle safely and follow traffic laws
- Willingness to wear full uniform and lit car top during deliveries
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move on feet for long periods
- Ability to sanitize hands frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree is a plus but not required
- Must have a clean driving record with 2 years driving experience for ages 18, 1 year for ages 19 and up
- Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and achieve goals
- Ability to understand and work with numbers
- Effective communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to follow schedule, be punctual, and work swiftly with smart hustle
- Ability to pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks
Job Duties
- Arrive to work on time in complete uniform with a clean vehicle and a full tank of gas
- Wear a lit car top at all times during delivery
- Assemble all items in order ensuring all extras such as dipping cups and sodas are included
- Route orders to yourself in Pulse routing program within 1 minute of leaving the store
- Hustle safely to and from store to vehicle and from vehicle to customer's door
- Transport hot items in proper heat bag or cold items in a plastic T bag
- Load all items in orders assigned to you in a clean and safe vehicle approved for delivery with Domino's
- Drive safely obeying all traffic laws
- Collect money and provide correct change
- Collect signature for card transactions
- Keep track of all cash and receipts ensuring balance at end of shift
- Use drop box to keep cash under $20 and no money kept in vehicle
- Listen to and resolve customer complaints, suggestions, and inquiries
- Keep driver area stocked, organized, neat and clean
- Assist in keeping box hutch and all other box stocking areas clean and stocked
- Check dining area is clean and stocked at close
- Ensure heat bags are clean and free of damage
- Sweep and mop floors regularly
- Wash dishes when no dishwasher on shift
- Help cook and work in kitchen as backup
- Assist taking phone, counter, or window orders
- Perform general store cleaning
