Job Requirements
- Own reliable transportation that is clean and free of debris
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to pass criminal background and motor vehicle record checks
- Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate
- minimum two years driving experience if age 18, one year if age 19 or older
- able to follow schedule and wear proper uniform
- able to stand and move on feet for long periods
- able to communicate effectively with customers and team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required
- ability to read and follow a map
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to understand and work with numbers
- good communication skills for diverse clientele
- ability to follow directions and achieve goals
- punctuality and ability to work swiftly with smart hustle
Job Duties
- Arrive to work on time in complete uniform with a clean vehicle and full tank of gas
- wear a lit car top at all times during delivery
- assemble all items in order including extras such as dipping cups and sodas
- route orders in Pulse routing program within one minute of leaving the store
- hustle safely to and from store, vehicle, and customer’s door
- transport hot items in heat bags and cold items in plastic bags
- load items in a clean and safe vehicle approved for delivery
- drive safely obeying all traffic laws without unauthorized stops
- collect money and provide correct change
- collect signatures for card transactions
- track cash and receipts and ensure balance at shift end
- use drop box to keep cash under $20 and no money kept in vehicle
- listen to and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
- keep driver area stocked, organized, and clean
- assist with box hutch and stock areas cleanliness
- check dining area cleanliness and stock at close
- ensure heat bags are clean and in good condition
- sweep and mop floors regularly
- wash dishes when no dishwasher is available
- assist in kitchen work when needed as backup
- help with phone, counter, or window orders occasionally
- perform general store cleaning
