Job Requirements
- own a cargo van, sprinter van, or box truck 26ft or less
- be at least 18 years old
- provide a valid driver’s license
- maintain a good driving record with no more than 3 violations in 3 years
- pass drug screening and felony background check
- own and use a smartphone
- have the physical ability to lift and carry packages
- maintain auto insurance coverage with 100k/300k/50k for vehicles under 10,000 lbs GVWR and 500k for vehicles over 10,000 lbs GVWR
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license
- good driving record with no more than 3 violations in the past 3 years
- experience operating cargo, transit, or sprinter vans preferred
- ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights
- smartphone ownership (Android or iPhone)
- strong time management and organizational skills
Job Duties
- manage 40-plus stops daily on assigned routes
- perform last-mile delivery using cargo, transit, or sprinter vans
- load and unload packages safely and efficiently
- maintain accurate delivery records and logs
- communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- ensure timely and professional customer service
- adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
