This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to operate responsibly within the community. Independent contract delivery drivers will be entrusted with safely transporting food and catering orders across designated delivery zones including Savannah, Pooler, Rincon, Springfield, Richmond Hill, and nearby locations, depending upon the nature of the delivery. To ensure quality and safety standards, drivers must utilize appropriate equipment such as hot bags and pizza jackets when transporting food items. The company supports its drivers with real-time dispatch assistance, encouraging efficient operations and a positive delivery experience for both the drivers and the customers.

Drivers are expected to maintain their vehicles in good condition, adhere strictly to traffic laws, and uphold the company’s professional image throughout their shifts. Typically, drivers work 2 to 3 blocks per week, with shifts available seven days a week across three main time blocks: morning (8:00 AM - 1:30 PM), midday (11:30 AM - 5:00 PM), and evening (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM, extended to 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays). The role requires residency within Savannah or Pooler city limits and demands a valid driver’s license, appropriate insurance coverage with the driver's name on the policy, and a clean driving record verified biannually by an MVR check. Additionally, drivers must be able to pass a background check to qualify for this position.
