As a Delivery Driver at Room & Board, you do much more than just deliver products; you are a key brand ambassador who helps create extraordinary experiences for customers. The role blends outdoor local delivery tasks with indoor warehouse responsibilities, providing a dynamic and physically active work setting. You will be part of a cross-functional team that collaborates closely to ensure the highest quality of product inspection, assembly, staging, and delivery service. Working as part of a two-person delivery team, you will transport high-quality American-made furniture and accessories to homes and businesses in the Chicago area. Your role also involves preparing products before delivery, including basic assembly, quality inspection, and staging in the warehouse.

This position operates on a schedule from Tuesday through Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with occasional paid overtime. Based at Room & Board's Oakbrook, Illinois location, this role offers a salary ranging between $50,000 and $55,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation is guaranteed with some paid overtime opportunities.
