Job Requirements
- at least 21 years of age
- valid driver's license
- ability to drive a 24-foot box truck with training provided
- able to lift/carry heavy items with assistance
- proficiency in spoken and written English
- able to pass pre-employment requirements including a 5-panel drug screen with no THC
- ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in delivery driving or a similar role is preferred
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- physical ability to lift and carry heavy items with assistance
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- proficiency in English
Job Duties
- Drive a 24-foot box truck safely and efficiently to deliver furniture and home accessories
- work collaboratively as part of a two-person delivery team, switching roles between driver and delivery partner
- conduct inspection and quality assurance of products prior to delivery
- assist with basic assembly and staging of merchandise for delivery
- communicate effectively with delivery partner, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth delivery processes
- follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery center
