As a Delivery Driver at Room & Board, you step into a role that goes far beyond simply making deliveries. In this role, you will work as part of a two-person delivery team, providing friendly and professional service to residential and business customers in the Chicago area. The position requires physical stamina, agility, and an enthusiasm for a lively and active workday. Safety is a top priority, both for the driver and the customers, ensuring that all deliveries are handled with care and professionalism. Communication skills are vital, as you will coordinate with your delivery partner, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

The work schedule typically runs Tuesday through Saturday, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with occasional opportunities for paid overtime. The office and warehouse are located at 2525 W. 22nd Street, Oakbrook, IL 60523. The company offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 per year, which translates to approximately $24.04 to $26.44 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications, with guaranteed pay and potential for overtime.
