Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card as required
- Ability to safely operate delivery equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to complete all required training
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous truck delivery experience is a plus but not required
- Experience with hand truck, dolly, pallet jack, and forklift preferred
- Must be 21 years or older
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card as required
- Ability to operate all related equipment safely and effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Calendar
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Excellent time-management and customer service skills
- Ability to navigate using GPS and maps
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy merchandise
Job Duties
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Ensure timely deliveries meeting or exceeding scheduled delivery times
- Operate and maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and equipment including trailers
- Load, unload, and organize products safely and efficiently
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety and readiness
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and issues
- Communicate with customers to provide updates and address concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service creating positive experiences
- Collaborate with field sales and store teams to meet customer needs
- Handle products with care to prevent damage and ensure safe transport
- Follow traffic laws and company policies for safe driving
- Manage returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries as required
