Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old to deliver by car or scooter
- be at least 18 years old to deliver by bicycle or on foot
- have a valid driver’s license in your name for car or scooter delivery
- own a 2-door or 4-door car for car deliveries
- have a motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter deliveries
- submit Social Security number for background check
- have a government-issued ID for bicycle or pedestrian delivery
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license appropriate for the mode of delivery
- ability to use a smartphone and navigate delivery apps
- good communication and customer service skills
- reliable transportation (car, scooter, bicycle, or ability to walk)
- familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods in Waco
- background check clearance
Job Duties
- accept delivery requests via the Uber Eats app
- pick up orders from restaurants and ensure correct items
- deliver orders promptly and safely to customers
- maintain communication with customers and support as needed
- manage delivery schedule and availability using the app
- follow all traffic and safety laws during delivery
- handle payments and customer tips properly
